Both parties jointly develop the project and Party B is mainly responsible for construction management. Subject to consent of both parties, a management company can be set up for project development and management as agreed in the contract, including but not limited to the overall orientation, planning and design, submitting to a higher authority for approval of construction,tendering, etc. However, the project management responsibility by Party B is not mitigated or exonerated. The representative project is the Housing Project at HengGang Depot. All cooperation parties gain their profits through estate sale and physical housing allocation, and the benefit distribution is allocated according to the investment proportion.
