I always tell people that the scale is not my favorite way to measure progress. I use photos and jeans. I'm up 6 lbs from what I used to call my "skinny weight" and I'm much leaner now. When you feel defeated because of the numbers, ask yourself this, "Do I feel good? Am I happy with my progress? Do I look lean and healthy?"
To answer some recent questions: I don't go to the gym. I don't have a membership but I use the gym in my building occasionally due to downstairs neighbors. I lift weights if it's in my T25 workout but that's about it. I don't take any supplements other than my daily Shakeology. I ONLY workout for 25 minutes a day unless I'm in rehearsals or working on a project. I do have stretch marks so I'm not the one to ask on how I avoided them. I am 40-years-old. I had a C-section. My workouts are T25 and INSANITY on days when I have more time
