Abstract: This paper reports the results of an investigation on the effect of CIRC on the reading achievement of female students. Population consisted of students in grade 4 in Education Districts of Mashhad. Among this group, 50 students (25 control and 25 experimental groups) were selected as sample group. The sample group, were put randomly to experimental group and the same number as control group. Students in the experimental group, was trained with CIRC. Performances of two groups were compared on the reading questionnaire (post-test and pre-test). Results showed that CIRC has positive effect on the reading achievement of the experimental group subjects.
