DKSH has terminated the incumbent service provider for the Upper North in preparation of starting operations with Eternity. We have given the incumbent three months notice in accordance with the last agreement. Therefore, full operations with Eternity to our Chiang Mai hub and CP Lampoon routes from both Bang Na and Bang Pa In will commence on 18th January 2015. As your new vehicles and trailers become available, we will prioritize the introduction for CP Hemaraj, CP Surat Thani and CP Khon Kaen, followed by the Upper North.

Two points on this:
1. Can Eternity delay the delivery of some of the new vehicles (those required for the Upper North) by up to three weeks?
2. As a precautionary measure, could Eternity support all or part of our volume to the Upper North using your existing fleet and/or sub-contractors at short notice? This would be required in the unlikely event that the incumbent carrier decides to withdraw with little or no notice.
