5.6 Future Direction
In the course of our study, we thought of several possible improvements to the exercise program. One convenient feature would be customizing the exercise protocol to meet the needs of the individuals. For general exercise and balance training, we would allow the elderly to select their desired starting weight and then adjusted to meet their present condition. For eye-head coordination exercise, we would ask the elderly to perform at individually appropriate frequency to allow better compliance with exercise protocol and adjusted accordingly. Second, the VOR performance would be measured at several frequencies. Third, adding the inclusion criteria to select subjects with more balance problem. This would also more room for improvement
