Since this traffic is very importance to TG in serious circumstances competition like this. I think we should have to meet customer expectation and responsible for irregularity occurred to reduce the pressure and represent a conscious feeling of customers. Then , may I seek for your kind to set preventive & corrective action plan for this issue by send Action Plan to MNLF9 to ensure that it will not happen again.
More than that, please take a good care of this traffic because customer would not accept anymore, if it happen again.
