EO-1 resumed normal operations on April 17, 2016.
Data acquired since then are being processed and will be available on EarthExplorer by mid-May. EO-1 went into spacecraft safe hold on March 23, 2016 due to a GPS failure on board the satellite. NASA mission control is managing the satellite from the ground in EO-1's final year of operations. Decommissioning is scheduled for the end of calendar year 2016. Any problems with the pointing accuracy or geolocation information in the EO-1 metadata for ALI and Hyperion scenes should be emailed to stuart.frye@nasa.gov for resolution.
