Contingency Plan
1. Propose
This contingency plan is intended to address this risk for the Spansion Bangkok sites. While the fundamentals of this plan can apply to other infectious diseases, this plan has been developed specifically for infectious disease outbreak.
2. Scope
This contingency plan applies to all Spansion employees, visitors, and contractors while on Spansion Bangkok sites and controlled property.
3. Key Roles and Responsibilities
SITE MANAGEMENT TEAM (SMT) – consists of Managing Director, his direct report staff and corporate department head
They are responsible for;
• Provide the guideline and allocate the necessary resource for Site Core Team.
• Make the final decisions for the important problem on every stage of site reactions to epidemic outbreak.
• Provide the final voice for the communication with outside and sister plants.
SITE COORDINATORS (SC)
Uruvasee Suprakob Sr. Manager-HR (primary) and Kitsada Udomlarp, Manager –EHS Security and energy (secondary)
They are responsible for:
• Developing and implementing programs to protect against the spread of infectious disease among site population,
• Maintaining effective communications with Rick Lattanzio, Corporate Global risk management Director, who is the global lead for Spansion,
• Monitoring local health agency and news sources for warnings of developing disease outbreaks,
• Preparing to respond appropriately to the challenge of an epidemic disease outbreak,
• Conduct Disease Outbreak procedure testing as necessary.
