8. EXCESS OF BODY FAT
It must be shocking for you to know the fact that sitting can also result in accumulation of fat in the body. These days people go mad for the sake of reducing the fat of their body and maintaining a good figure but they hardly know the fact that while they are sitting for long hours , all the extra fat of their body gets accumulated around the waist area. It is really very important to get rid of this extra fat as it can further lead to high bloop pressure or in severe cases it may even cause heart attack. We should regularly do physical exercise and should use stairs instead of elevators, as these small small things are of immense importance.
