Duties and Responsibilities :-
Manage administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
Manage and cooperate with landlord for the renewal of office rental agreement including office repair, maintenance, renovation
Supervise the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
Support all activities in the Administration area may include: copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; mail distribution, and messenger services; records management; cleaning, and maintenance services; recreation services; facilities management; and reception.
Support all activities of Information Technology (IT) and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
Support travel request such as Air ticket, hotel booking and related.
The job holder may from time to time undertake other assigned appropriate duties.
Skills and Qualifications :-
Female, age 30 - 35 years up, Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Diploma or any filed are also welcome
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
Well-organized, good at planning/organizing /problem solving
A good team player with service minded.
Good command of spoken and written English
Computer skills, Microsoft program skills preferred.
