Key Responsibilities :
• Initiate and develop the business strategies in order to achieve overall
business targets.
• Develop new opportunity to expand market portfolio to seek for new customers.
• Establish close relationship with existing key customers.
• Ensures that the annual sales plan is achieved in accordance with the established sales objectives and strategies.
•Manage the assigned in Food & Beverage service channel account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth, increasing sales capability
• Leads, trains, motivates, controls and develops sales supervisor as well as sales representatives to achieve the agreed sales and objectives. Recommends and communicates the agreed incentive targets and objectives to sales team. Co-ordinates work with sales supervisor and sales representatives, key accounts on a regular basis.
