This is a great poem about hope. The imagery of a bird complements the hopeful and refreshing tone present in the first two stanza's of the poem. Probably my favorite part of this poem would be the final couplet. Aside from making 'hope' sound as something dreamy and wishy washy (best wording EVER! !) , Dickinson introduces 'hope' requires something of us. To me this poem shows how beautiful hope is but how it is also tiring and sometimes difficult.
