These are the terms and conditions related to the pre-order reservation.

2) After your application, the stock availability will be mailed to you.
3) The payment method as well as the amount will be mentioned in the same Email.
4) We will contact you once the payment is confirmed and complete.
5) The reservation purchase is complete with this payment confirmation Email.
6) Please note that any cancellations will not be accepted after the reservation is complete.

* Please complete the transfer within one week.
Since these are [reservation] products, they will be shipped after their arrival in our store.
* Depending on the products arrival day, the shipment will be done the same day or the next business day.
* For orders of more than one items, the shipment will be done only when all the products, including the reservation product, are available.

* Reservation products include new arrivals, manufacturers stock and regular order products.
* Manufacturers stock may not be available depending on the production.
* Orders to the manufacturers are made after receiving your reservation.
