There was a significant effect of task on the number of subtractions
completed correctly during the math task, such
that participants answered significantly more correctly during
the second math task (post-intervention) (M = 21.29,
SEM ± 0.40) compared to the first (pre-intervention)
(M = 19.13, SEM ± 0.42), F(1, 106) = 96.01, p < 0.001, partial
2 = 0.47. However, there was no significant effect of group,
with all groups improving similarly.
