Manage the advertising sales team to achieve their sales targets.
• Manage and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments regarding sales orders and sales activities.
• Establish relationships with new clients and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Explore and develop new clients, both direct clients and agencies.
• Develop strategies for all leading media agencies.
• Analyze post-campaign sales results.
• To represent BEC-Tero with the highest level of professionalism
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
• Strong selling skills required
• Experience in Media / Entertainment Business at least 3 years for Account Manager
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Mature, organized, and able to lead a highly professional team.
