Twenty grams of dried U. proliera were crushed in 24CB10C
blender (Warning Co., U.S.) and then soaked in 95% alcohol for
24 h to remove pigment. After the frond was dried, distilled water
was added in liquid-solid ratio (g/mL) of 1:50. Then, the mixture
was heated for 4 h at 90 ◦C, followed by condensing, filtration, and
centrifugation in 10,000g with Supra 22K high-speed freezing centrifuge
(Hanil Science Co., Korea) for 6 min
