Job Description:
1) Assist team to design and operate all company's development programs / activities
2) Coordinate with employees and related working unit both internal and external regarding to development and training matter
3) Handle training evaluation and follow up process to ensure the efficiency of
each development program
4) Monitor and report the spending of development budgets, as well as other
concerned information
5) Take charge of training database
Job Qualification:
1) Male or Female with age 23 - 25 years old.
2) Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Organization Development,
Psychology or related field.
3) 1 – 2 experiences in Human Resource Development field are preferred.
4) Having Strong Computer Literacy.
5) Self – Confident, Strong Analytical, Communication skill and Human Relation skill
are preferred.
6) Good Command of written and spoken in English.
Working Place:
Head Office, Phayathai / Bangkok
