In the past two years, there are four leaders rotation in Thailand.
Till now, Thailand service also has many challenges and customer complains.
Most of weak process and lower implementation rate are waiting for us to solve them.
I have no idea how to manage the way by former CSMs and don’t know whether they give you what ASUS DNA is.
From past four months, we try to figure out the correct process, rule and solution to complete left issues.
Now it is a hard transition and need positive employees who can solve problem and willing to change the current situation.
If you are willing to work together with me in the transition, then welcome and appreciate. But I have to say the stage is not simple but quit hard and will ask for everyone’s performance.
If not, ASUS do not force anyone for a good prospects.
Hope you can understand what I am talking about and get the different work experience in ASUS.
In the end, I will not take the initiative to leave from Thailand CSC in coming years, but HQ have authorization once Thailand service continued getting worse .
