On particular days,the mean coughing scores ranged from 0 to 1.33 and 0 to 0.75 per inspection for Hillcrest and Beaufort challenged pigs respectively (Fig. 1). Analysis of the respiratory data
indicated that pigs challenged with Hillcrest had significantly higher coughing scores than Beaufort challenged pigs (P < 0.001). No coughing was observed for pigs in the negative control group.
