Risk registers are to be developed for each account and use the risk consequence matrix to determine risk level
The risk registers should detail the risks identified and including the level of risk and potential impact
Risk registers should be being reviewed with the client on regular basis and evidence of this kept.
Risks that are medium & high level should be escalated internally within JLL and also with the client.
Each risk identified on the register should have a mitigation plan in place and all actions tracked to completion
All high potential risk items to be reviewed at country / hub risk meetings
