Please find enclose the following documents and information after a preliminary analysis of the latch

- Analysis of the latch: We have detected damages on the rubber locker area that seems to be a misaligned between the latch assembled on the seat and the striker.
- Chemical properties report of this plastic which corresponds to the defective latch (March). The certificate of the current batch (May) was already sent on a previous email.
- Structure test of the plastic: Since we received this morning the latch, test is being carried out. As soon as the test is finished, the results report will be sent.
- Results Report of the impact test on 24 latches (3 latches per each cavity (8 cavities). A report of the Impact test procedure as well as a video of the test on one latch
were sent on a previous email. On Monday, our supplier will send us a result report with the impact test that they make frequently on the latch.
- Result report of characteristics measurement.

Regarding your question about the test on a chamber oven: The latches did not suffer any kind of change from high temperatures to freeze temperatures. Furthermore, which more affects the fragility of this material is the cold and the problem was found in Thailand, as we guess, where the temperature is warm, which increase the elasticity of this material. For all of these reasons, a test on a chamber oven does not have sense in this case.

After this preliminary analysis it seems that the problem is not a consequence of a material’s problem.
