6. DISSEMINATION OF PROJECT RESULTS
6.1 The parties agree that as the Project is to be undertaken for the benefit of bird conservation, the results of the Project shall be made freely available to anyone with a legitimate interest in using the results for the furtherance of conservation.
6.2 Clause 6.1 shall be interpreted so as to be consistent with the requirements of the BirdLife International data access policies for the time being in force.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
7.1 BCST will ensure that the RSPB is acknowledged as a funder of the Project in all dissemination and publicity material concerning the Project produced or commissioned by BCST as ‘Project supported by the RSPB, the BirdLife International Partner in the UK.
7.2 Both parties will use their reasonable endeavours to ensure that any third party using the results of the Project for any reason will acknowledge in print in a suitably prominent fashion that the results are derived from a Project, funded by the RSPB, the UK Partner of BirdLife International.
7.3 The obligations contained in this Clause will survive for a reasonable period after the expiry or termination of this agreement.
8. COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND TERMINATION
8.1 This agreement will come into effect on the date written at the heading of this agreement and, unless terminated by one of the parties under the provisions of Clause 8.2 below, will expire 6 months after the final payment has been made by the RSPB to BCST.
