This research is to study the structure and dynamic-mechanical properties relationship of polyisoprene (PI) containing organically modified montmorillonite (OMt), carbon black (CB) hybrid filler. Two types of OMt were used : intercalated OMt (I-OMt) and delaminated OMt (D-OMt). The crystalline structure of OMt was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and the structure of CPN was investigated through XRD and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Dynamic-mechanical properties was delamination by shear measurements for uncrosslinked Masterbatches and nanocomposites crosslinked. The results incated that OMt and CB from hybrid filler network and I-OMt promote the filler network more easily than D-OMt.This is confirmed by stronger reduction of the storage modulus with the strain amplitude. The partial substitution of CB with D-OMt allowed the preparation of crosslinked nanocomposites with lower Payne effect
