Length, width and thickness of the seeds increased gradually
during seed development reaching their maximum values at
34 DAP, and seed length and width appeared to remain constant
while seed thickness decline slightly from 34 to 42 DAP
(Fig. 2A). The fresh seed weight increased dramatically and then
decreased during seed development, maximum seed fresh weight
(0.47 0.012 g seed1) reached the maximum value at 34 DAP while
seed dry weight was highest (0.13 0.005 g seed1) at 30 DAP
(Fig. 2B).
