A qualitative approach was taken to analyzing the data. A total of 18 different issues were listed, such as: Low English level for some Thai instructors, Teaching with slides only but no further explanation, Instructor bias in favor of foreign students over Thais, Lose friends who were dismissed, Lack of interaction between older students and younger students, Lack of activities for students, Able to transfer credits here, and Lack of toilets at Buildings 3 & 4. From these, keywords were used to group them into categories. The most common categories were: Academic Standards, Learning Environment, and Services. Of the 18, only 4 were considered to produce positive feelings. These include: Helpful friends, Good services from instructors and officers, Able to transfer credits here, and Convenient location of city campus. Two of these are classified under the keyword Services. Ironically, this same category had the largest count (4) of negative issues.
