As part of the new Customer Service Directorate establishment, we would like to tackle one of the items that was raised by many agencies and it is related to the “Website accuracy”
I would like you to list all the issues that you were facing regarding ZIM website accuracy and deals with customer’s requests / complains.
The list should focus on:
1. Inaccurate information – in such case, please include concrete examples and screenshots (if available) to show the problem.
2. Any request of “smart calculators” such as Demurrage calculator, Local Charges Calculator, Tariff and so that can bring an extra value to our customers.
You may add other requests related to our website that raised from our customers, but please indicate it separately from the above request.
