Evaluating, improving and implementing the salary structure, compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems.
Set up salary structure, job matching to be guidelines for hiring successful candidate or internal transferring
Analysis market data to ensure company competitiveness and ensure that compensation and benefits administration are managed properly
Manage annual performance evaluation, the Mid year and year-end process and prepare HR budget including performance bonus, merit increase and promotion
Providing the improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures and perform other duties as requested by Manager.
Assist with the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits and HR related projects, Report or other duties as required.
