The Seller is Jackson Development Company, Inc. The purchase price of the property is $22,500,000 for 21 net acres. The purchase price is not tied to unit count. We are currently projecting construction of 123 townhome units and 72 cluster units. The Master Development Plan approval is a closing contingency. Should the Master Development Plan not be approved, we have the option to waive the condition or terminate the Agreement. The close of escrow is targeted for June 1, 2007.
