The corporate service division defines administrative support services as those offices overseeing the company’s operations supporting functions, and report to the top management. The primary goal of administrative support assessment is to improvement the centralize services - not just the delivery of services, but also the continuous evaluation of their effectiveness in helping to achieve its core mission.
Importantly, administrative support services actively integrate their continuous improvement activities into the company plan as;

• Promoting robust and integrated information technology strategies including our SOP and SLA
