The below case is one of our repeating guest from Hee fabric company.
We have no shown booking from their company 2 rooms 1 night in this month and we did process on the penalty charged according to confirmation letter.
However, The guest was kind of knowing the penalty charge from us when the reservation team sent the receipt for their reference.
We have advised the booker before we were going to process the charge. We have no replied from the booker.
The guest (Mr. Richard) emailed below and ask whether we can waive the charged for this time and he accepted that his staff in Singapore was making the reservation wrong month.
He is coming to check in with us again in June.
Can we please replace the penalty charged to his stay next trip in June? In order for us to keep the good relation with their company
