The purpose of this non-experimental, quantitative, survey-based study was to
examine individual differences (i.e., growth-need strength and self-efficacy) and
contextual predictors (i.e., leader-member exchange, quality of change communication,
and participation in change process) of openness to change, and to investigate the nature
of interactions behind the relationships between individual differences and openness to
change by looking at potential contextual moderators.
