We are still having issues where not all orders are being loaded to the system and hence we do not have full visibility of the order book nor of the demand on our supply chain. Today’s example is DYMO!!
Let me be very clear on this one point, not having stock available is NOT a reason to stop the order being entered.
You should process the order and THEN work with Supply Chain to see when it can be fulfilled.

All order are to be entered onto the system upon receipt.
