Product quality issue observed during incoming inspection at the Affiliate, Regional
Customer Support Center, and Agency / Distributor.
Important remark: This information source must only be used for product quality issues
discovered during an incoming inspection, not for “Logistics Claims”. Logistics claims
discovered during an incoming inspection must not be entered as inquiries or complaints, but
as “Logistics Claims” and must not be marked as PCCs. Logistics Claims must be handled in
