4. Manage the Client Relationship to ensure a professional working relationship is developed, and maintained.
5. Protect the Company’s assets, and reputation, by adopting “Best Practice” in every aspect of the management of the project.
6. Train the project staff to adopt best practice, to eliminate waste, and to continually improve their working methods.
7. Provide accurate and timely reports of all aspects of your project works, highlighting any risk to the performance targets.
