Requirements
The respondent shall render the following receiving processes in relation to Storage:
• Store the Products in the appointed facility following the FIFO principle (Beer and
wine in temperature-controlled environment at 10-15°C, glassware in ambient
storage area)
• Adhere to the mutually agreed Storage Conditions
• Provide adequate space to accommodate Horeca’s cargoes in both bulk storage
and pick-from locations in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.
• Perform cycle counts in accordance with the mutually agreed SOPs, and conduct a
bi-annual stock take of all Products at the Appointed Facility
• Provide Horeca with a scheduled inventory report in a predefined format.
• Maintain the facility operational during the normal operating hours, which are
07:00am to 07:00pm for Monday to Friday and 07:00am to 02:00pm for Saturday,
excluding Public Holidays.
