Upon completion of the probation period, either party can terminate this agreement by giving 3 (THREE) month(s) prior written notice or 3 (THREE) month(s) salary in lieu of notice subject to Client’s business requirements. If notice given is short of 3 month(s), the amount of salary equivalent to that period by which the notice given falls short of 3 month is required. Earned leave shall not be offset against the period of such notice. During the probation period, termination notice is 1 (ONE) month for either party.
