KFC has much better chances to improve the performance through working on its big problems (such as delay in the fast food environment). Obviously, McDonald's has a lot more to do to win back the 4.1% headcount it lost in customer traffic in 2014 and to add a new 4.1% of new customers or repeat customers in 2015.
