My Manager is: Support office - Country Customer Service Manager/Productivity Manager
My job is:
To centrally lead the monthly end to end business process in the generation and review of the group scheduling system forecast for all Hypermarket stores in Thailand.
Lead the change from local to centralised forecasting.
Centrally controlling the Stores forecasts, to include all local and country wide trade events resulting in the improvement of business forecasting and labour demand required at the front end.
Sign off the stores and country monthly forecast across key business drivers. Sales, Items, number of customers.
Working with Trade planning, Marketing and Finance team to lead the planning creation and review of the long and short term forecast to support the release of business benefits.
Providing weekly scheduling Key performance indicator reviews to the leadership team to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
As a group scheduler forecasting expert Provide coaching for key stakeholders to understand the impact of improved central forecasting and the true impact of trade events to the required labour demand

I spend:
50% lead the production of the monthly forecast for the group checkout scheduling system.
10% co-ordinating forecast planning meetings with the appropriate business stakeholders
20% providing the leadership team with performance review data for the business scheduling review
15% analysing how to improve future forecasting results for stores
5% covering for the super user holidays and absence
You will be the go to person for group scheduler forecasting
I know I’ve done a great job if:
• I am recognised as the country owner of the Scheduler Forecast for the Group Scheduler.
• The Leadership team , Store managers and Area directors trust the central forecast for their stores
• I deliver the Forecast for all stores on time and within the agreed budget
