• NPS score by internal and external surveyor is 73% and 58% respectively.
• NPS score of case where the surveyor travelling time within 30 minute and over 30 minute is 63% and 58% respectively.
Overall Call Center service satisfaction for top 2 boxes (very satisfied and satisfied) was 96%, lower than prior month by 2 points. (61% very satisfied, 35% satisfied).
Overall Claim service satisfaction for top 2 boxes (very satisfied and satisfied) was 92%, on par with prior month. (53% very satisfied, 39% satisfied).
