Under normal circumstances, the reply of corrective actions should be done within
three working days since CAR was received. For those corrective and preventive action cannot be done in the limited period, the responsible department have to confirm the acceptable deadline actively. If the problem affects factory production and cause customer complaint badly, the responsible department is required to submit the preliminary improvement measures within 24 hours. When the responsible party failed to reply and confirm the acceptable deadline without proper reason, the tracing department should immediately report it to responsible party manager for handling.
