Handles group consolidation of subsidiaries and preparation of consolidated Financials;
2. Assists in quarterly and annual statutory financial reporting;
3. Manage and prepare consolidated financial statement and note to financial statement
4. Manage and prepare cash flow statement
5. Prepare tax and deferred tax calculation
6. Prepare financial& accounting related report submitted to SEC & SET
7. Assists in other ad-hoc projects assigned and Assist CFO in accounting matters
