Buy-to-Pay Accountant
Essential Responsibilities
Support Buy-to-Pay (B2P) Leader in day-to-day payment vouchers, Account Payable recording, assign proper account code, project code and all tax related.
Booking AP transactions to the Oracle system
Review and handle employee expense reporting system (CONCUR Travel & Living)
Prepare monthly account payable closing and do the AP closing.
Prepare, calculate and filling tax form for both Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax, ensure all filing will be submitted on time.
Prepare monthly account reconciliation on time
Manage and assist in annual audit (internal and external), ensuring accuracy of all information needed by the auditors
Communicates with internal and external auditors, banks and management personnel for the purpose of providing information and technical assistance needed to resolve problems
Continuously provide insight on process improvements, and provide risk management analysis for possible changes.
Assist any other administration support as required
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 2 - 3 years of related working experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Have knowledge in local tax requirements
Fair English Communication Skills both spoken and written
Customer Orientation - Ability to build good partnership with all stakeholders in the processes
Good team player
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Support a positive environment despite constant changes
Good dealing with ambiguity and a non-structured environment
Desired Characteristics
Experienced in financial systems i.e. Oracle, SAP etc.
