If a Party commits a breach of this Agreement, the non-defaulting Parties may serve written notice upon the defaulting Party specifying the breach and requiring the defaulting Party immediately to stop the breach and, to the extent possible, to make good the consequences of the breach within [30] Business Days. Where the breach has prejudiced the non-defaulting Parties they may seek an immediate remedy of an injunction, specific performance or similar order to enforce the defaulting Party’s obligations. This does not affect the non-defaulting Parties’ right subsequently to claim damages or other compensation for breach under applicable law.
