Two hundred and fifty employees in the MAS were
randomly selected from the company’s Staff Directory to
participate in the survey. From the sample, 32.4% were
females, and 67.6% males. The median age was 28 years
and the composition in terms of staff hierarchy were as
follows: 10.8 % were among the top management, 20.6 %
were holding middle level managerial positions; 58.6%
are the lower level staff. Ninety six percent of the
respondents were hired on full-time basis while the
remaining are part-timers.
