Tasseography, or the art of reading tea leaves, originated in china, but came to Europe in the mid-1800s, thanks to the British and their love of all things connected with tea. Possibly the least complicated method of divination, the subject has to drink a cup of tea, made with leaves, not tea bags, and then an expert will look at the shape that the leaves form at the bottom of the cup and predict the future. For example, a bell means that you are going to receive some good news, a palm tree means that you are going to travel to an exotic location, while a sword means that you are going to have some arguments in the near future, for those who don't like tea, the same tradition exists in some Arab countries with coffee grounds.
