Prior to this the RCS delegation will be visiting Bangkok and would like to speak with a number of agencies that have and or would like intercept capabilities currently. We are planning to meet with RTP NSB, RTP Technology Enabled Crime and ONCB however I advised them that RTP Special Branch are the most important Division that we should meet with. Therefore I would ask for your help to organize a meeting with the Commissioner Special Branch, General Udon and a number of other senior members so that we can give them a presentation on our intercept capabilities that would be extremely useful to the RTP and SB in particular. We are hoping to meet at SB Office in Rama 1 at 10.30am on Thursday 27 November 2014 to deliver our presentation. This will be the first meeting of our visit. The presentation should take about 2 hours which after we would like to invite the Commissioner Special Branch, General Udon and perhaps about 2 other senior officers to lunch after the presentation at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Erawan to enjoy lunch and having further informal discussions about our products. I and RCS would be honored if we can conduct this meeting and share lunch together.

I would also look for your assistance as interpreter for the meeting and lunch and would seek approval from you commanding officer for your assistance. I would also ask for your help again if you are available to be our interpreter for meetings we plan having with RTP NSB and RTP Technology Enabled Crime Division on 28 November 2014. We will provide all transport for your and there will be no costs incurred by yourself. I look forward to receiving your advice if you would be giving approval to translate for the meetings.
