- Female/Male, age between 22-35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer or other related fields.
- The ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is imperative, as well as efficient and accurate typing skills in English.
- Ability to provide an excellent customer service that results in high customer satisfaction.
- Previous computer technical support experience preferred.
- Successful candidates should possess technical skills in: PC hardware for workstations and laptops, Network troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, and applications such as Microsoft Office/Outlook products.
- Initiative, self-supervised, Highly responsible and quick learner can work under pressure.
