I chose this new hotel (they only opened early November) as i know rooms will be clean and I won't have any maintenance issues. As expected, that's true. Both the room and bathroom was big and clean. And it was sweet of them to upgrade my room. Hotel is quite far from Ao Nang, almost 15 minutes away. They do provide shuttle services every 2 hours and they did break the schedule once for me to give me a lift to Ao Nang. Very kind gesture. The wifi is a bit of a hit and miss, probably a usual occurrence in krabi. Reception are generally very helpful and friendly but don't expect good English. I struggled to ask which taxi is safe to take in krabi. In the end, I gave up on some qnes, it's probably better to google for information. Another issue is that they will only provide 1 key per room which makes it a bit inconvenient when my friend and I have different schedules. There was even once when they can't find our room key as they have mis-placed it at the reception. Pool looks really nice though I didn't get a chance to enjoy it, I can see a lot of other guests lounging around the whole day at the pool. The breakfast was pretty good for the price of the room. Overall I think the hotel is ok and can be better once they iron out some operation issues. Thumbs up for the staff, who obviously puts in a lot of effort !
