Employee's Perception of Change Effect as a Competitive Advantage on Nigeria Banking Industry: An Empirical Analysis
Many victims cannot reflect the mobbing for the fear of losing their positions. Sometimes, the targeted
individuals get highly affected with negative behaviors and lose their health. Many people experience stress as a
result of mobbing, so they even quit their jobs. Most importantly, it reduces the quality of work life, and constitutes
an unhealthy organizational structure (Gokce, 2006).
This research aims to provide the evaluation of the employees of Ataturk State Hospital in Balikesir about
mobbing and to determine the effects of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree mobbing (bullying) which arises as a result of
harassment and the levels of exposure to these effects.
