You never embarrass me, if there’s a mistake, its ours. Not yours alone. I’ve shared some of my opinion about the Overtime issue with Noon and Yim, They would discuss with you when you are back. DO NOT come back to office until your leg recover please. Secondly, I would urge you to step up your mentorship over Surasak as he still lacked people management skill. From the feedback and my own observation, I find him unconfident in exercising his authority. He needs to be more affirmative and improve on his leadership skill. This, is something you can impart to him and help him overcome the obstacles.
